FACE-TO-FACE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS

Driving organisational change by decoding the myths of disability.

Our Get Skilled Access Team deliver face-to-face sessions from 20-200 team members that that enable individuals to understand the what, how and why of disability and accessibility. Delivered in an enjoyable, engaging and interactive way, the team provide their own stories to bring disability into the common language and thinking for your entire organisation. Our team is a mix of Paralympian’s, Special Olympians, Senior Executives and a snapshot of the broader community, bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience that reach a wide audience.

These engagement sessions are ideal for all team members but are highly beneficial to middle management who are often the intersection for change.

DISABILITY AND INCLUSION PLANS (DAIP)

The pathway to building an inclusive organisation.

GSA consult with your people to develop a Disability and Accessibility, Inclusion Plan which supports the creation of an inclusive community breaking down barriers and stigmas to create equal access across all touch points of your organisation. Plans go towards building a diverse workplace culture, recruitment of an increasing number of people with disability and improving their professional development.

A plan educates existing staff about working with people with disability and will often support the creation of innovative products and services that are accessible, to meet the needs of a diverse customer base and empower staff to improve customer experience.

C-SUITE EXPERIENCE

Harnessing the commitment of the executive team to be the champions of change.

The executive team play a significant part in providing an inclusive organisation for their customers, stakeholders and their people. We work with the executive team by giving them an immersive experience allowing them to better understand the experience for people with disability and people with accessibility challenges.

GSA Team members, all who have disability and lived experience, provide an inclusive environment whereby the executives can ask all the questions they need to support increased awareness and attitudes towards people with disability. This method of engagement empowers social and cultural change from the top-tier down.

INCLUSIVE EVENTS

Providing full accessibility and inclusion at events.

If your business is an event provider GSA first experience of planning and buying tickets to the event experience itself, GSA works with you to ensure you have all your bases covered. GSA works with clients to explore the accessibility of on-line systems, social media, ticketing and seating plans through to training your staff and volunteers across all aspects of the customer experience for people with disability.

A fully accessible event taps into a significant customer market that is often forgotten and increases the positive experience of all who attend.

INCLUSIVE CULTURAL REVIEW

Diversity is the key driver to innovation.

Inclusive cultures give everyone the same opportunity to contribute and thrive. GSA has identified seven critical values required in an organisation for it to be inclusive. Our organisational review includes interviews, focus groups and a survey to identify whether these values are being lived within your organisation.

We will also review your organisational accessibility from universal design, policies and procedures perspective, breaking down barriers and stigmas to create equal access across all touch points of the organisation.
