With over six years working in the disability sector, Melissa brings extensive experience managing projects including designing and facilitating training, user experience testing and process reviews and advisory across the Government, Education, Sport, Entertainment and Aviation sectors. She has managed some of our most significant projects including for our Sport4All extension, Melbourne Airport and Department of Education NSW.

Melissa specialises in accessible communication by design and inclusive language. She is passionate about human-centred design and co-design processes to help connect people with varying disabilities with the information and communications platforms to suit their individual needs. She also brings experience engaging with communities, including with First Nations and culturally and racially marginalised communities.
