Joel brings over four years of experience in the disability sector and has worked across the Technology, Insurance and Healthcare industries to support organisations with improving their digital accessibility, inclusive design and compliance with WCAG standards.

With Joel’s lived experience of being short statured along with his experience in design, he is passionate about combining the two to improve how people with disabilities can interact with digital and printed content.
