Zack’s passion is to create lasting social change for people with disability. His innovative approach has helped build understanding and confidence among clients, government officials, and the public. He has also spearheaded a national awareness campaign aimed at addressing the unconscious biases and invisible barriers faced by people with disabilities.
In 2018, Zack managed Australia’s first inclusive music festival, Ability Fest, which aims to use music as an inclusive platform to normalise disability and has been internationally recognised as the most accessible and inclusive music festival to date. Zack has also led universal access and inclusion programs for organisations such as the MCG/MCC, Tennis Australia, the Australian Open, the Department of Transport, Sydney Olympic Parks Authority, Tennis Victoria, the Invictus Games, Melbourne and Olympic Park, and the Australian Sports Commission.
Alongside his dedication to football and basketball, Zack serves on the board of the Dylan Alcott Foundation.
