<v Celine >: Hearing that a lot when you’re younger, I guess, it put my confidence down, so then I pushed it towards the back. But when I saw Shift20’s ad on TikTok, I was like, “Oh, like, there’s people that are unique as well,” instead of them saying that you look different. And then, like, literally that week I got an email back and I was, like, thrilled. Yeah, I wanna do it for, obviously myself, but then other little kids that have birthmarks as well ’cause when I was younger, I didn’t have anyone like that. So, I wanna be able to be that for the younger generation.

About Celine Ramos

Celine Ramos is studying to become a vet nurse and pursuing her passion for acting, a dream she once thought was unattainable. Living with Sturge-Weber syndrome and glaucoma in her eye, Celine grew up being told she wouldn’t be cast because she looked “different.” That changed when she saw the Shift 20 casting call on TikTok, where she found a space that celebrated uniqueness instead of hiding it.

Celine now wants to be the person she didn’t have growing up – visible, proud, and unfiltered – showing that representation creates confidence, not limits.
