People with disability have diverse skillsets, are adaptable, resilient, are problem solvers and make great team members.
2.1 million Australians living with disability are of working age can often find the current recruitment processes difficult to access and often not inclusive.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Randstad to work together to help organisations hiring process more inclusive of candidates with disability. And best of all, Recruitable is created and led by people with disability and lived experience.
Funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS), the national pilot is designed to increase the inclusion and accessibility of mainstream recruitment processes by enhancing capacity and capability to employ more candidates with disability.
Recruitable aims to change the way people with disability are perceived, making mainstream recruitment fairer for candidate to get a job they’re qualified for and give more choice and control for their careers.
We’ve partnered with leading organisations who will be the first to participate in the pilot program. RecruitAble solves this problem by developing best-practice standards for businesses to change their perceptions and improving their disability confidence, helping them successfully advertise to, interview, and employ people with disability.
