We increased disability awareness across departments and created better outcomes for employees and customers with disability from the top-tier down.

  • Bespoke face-to-face training and development workshops across the business
  • Online training for recruitment
  • One-on-one discussion with our founder Dylan Alcott and the Medibank board on breaking down barriers and unconscious bias

Medibank launched their first Accessibility and Inclusion Plan on the International Day People with Disability in December 2018. The plan focused on creating a disability-confident culture across Medibank, and meaningful career opportunities within Medibank.

We’ve continued to work alongside Medibank to support their plan delivery, including making their retail stores and offices more accessible, improving disability access across their website and mobile apps and training their customer service team to better assist those with disability.
