Wild Collective

Wild Collective

Our applications have re-opened until January 25th! and our FEB/MAY in-person sessions have moved online. If you didn't apply because you were unable to travel, now is your chance.

Women in leadership with disability

For women with disability, the pathway to leadership can be more challenging due to bias and inequitable application processes, this is directly reflected in the lack of women with disability currently employed in leadership, executive and administrative roles within government departments and national or corporate sporting organisations.

The WILD Collective has been designed to bridge the gap between competitive sport and leadership positions. The innovative program arms participants with the skills and confidence they need to make a difference within the industry they love.

The program is an Australian first with two avenues of learning running parallel; one for women with physical disabilities and the other for women with neurological disabilities who may have different learning styles or need additional support. The program will incorporate a combination of online and in-person sessions, small group activities, mentoring and self-directed study.
