The Challenge

Addressing the Employment Gap and Fostering Inclusive Workplaces

While many employers aspire to build diverse and inclusive workplaces, people with disability in Australia continue to face significant barriers to employment. The latest ABS data reveals that the employment rate for people with disability is 53.4%, while for people without disability, it is 84.1%. This disparity highlights a critical need for specialised training and support to foster genuine inclusion and create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability. RecruitAble seeks to bridge this gap through a unique approach that builds confidence for job seekers, recruiters, and employers.
